We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Developer with Data Warehouse and OLAP design and implementation experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008. The ideal candidate will have excellent SQL Server database development skills and experience developing and optimizing data models for business intelligence implementations.

The BI Developer will work on a variety of projects across multiple clients and implementations, building and maintaining data warehouses, data marts and BI solutions, including dashboards, OLAP cubes, reports, etc. The BI Developer will work in project teams but needs to be confident and capable of working independently under the direction of our U.S. Client Engagement Managers. Responsibilities include:
• BS/MS in Computer Science
• Logical and physical database design
• SQL Server RDBMS database development including T-SQL programming
• SQL Server OLAP database development including SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and MDX programming
• ETL implementation using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• BI presentation delivery utilizing .NET, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Dundas Charts / Dashboard, Silverlight, Tableau Software, and other BI tools
• Good English language skills and communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Ralph Kimball and Bill Inmon data warehouse design methodologies is preferred
• Experience applying Stephen Few and Edward Tufte dashboard design principles is preferred
